Terms of service
Last updated: June 17, 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and TinyWins. We've written them in plain language. The short version: TinyWins is a calm, evidence-based companion for parenting — it is not medical advice and never replaces your pediatrician. Your data is yours. Be kind, use it as intended, and you can leave any time.
1. Accepting these terms
By creating an account or using TinyWins, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the app. If you're using TinyWins for a family or on behalf of others, you confirm you're allowed to do so.
2. Who can use TinyWins
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a contract. TinyWins is built for parents and caregivers to track and learn about a child in their care. You're responsible for the co-parents, grandparents and caregivers you invite, and for the access you grant them.
3. What TinyWins is — and what it isn't
TinyWins helps you log your child's days, learn from evidence-based content, and get gentle, cited guidance. It is educational and organizational. It is NOT medical, legal, or professional advice, and it is not a diagnosis. Always rely on your pediatrician or a qualified professional for medical decisions. In an emergency, call your local emergency number — never wait on an app.
4. Your account
Keep your sign-in secure and don't share it. You're responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. We use passwordless sign-in (a one-time code or Google) so there's no password to leak.
5. Your content and data
Everything you log — your child's record, photos, notes and milestones — belongs to you. You grant TinyWins the limited permission needed to store it, show it back to you and the people you've authorized, and operate the service. We don't sell it and we don't use it to advertise. How we handle it is described in our Privacy policy, which is part of these terms.
6. AI features (Pip and outside assistants)
Pip, our built-in assistant, gives general, cited guidance grounded in your child's logs. AI can be wrong or incomplete, so treat it as a helpful starting point, not a professional opinion. You may also choose to share a short, redacted summary of your child with an outside assistant like ChatGPT or Claude — by copying it, or by connecting that assistant where available. This only happens when you choose it. The summary is name-redacted by default and never includes photos, voice recordings, or exact birth date. Once a summary is in another company's assistant, that company's terms and your settings there govern it — including whether they retain it or use it to train their AI. We don't control, and make no promises about, what a third-party assistant does with information you choose to give it.
7. Acceptable use
Use TinyWins for its intended purpose. Don't break the law, infringe others' rights, upload someone else's personal information without their consent, attempt to access data that isn't yours, disrupt the service, scrape it, or misuse the AI features. We may limit or remove content or access that violates these terms.
8. Free core, and optional subscriptions
The core of TinyWins — logging, reminders, your child's record, and the basics — is free. Some advanced features may be offered as a paid subscription. If you subscribe, the price, billing period and renewal are shown before you pay; subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, and you can cancel any time through your app store or billing portal. Refunds follow the rules of the store you bought through and applicable law.
9. Information about your child
TinyWins is used by an adult to record information about a child in their care. You confirm you have the right to provide that information. We treat children's data as sensitive by default and minimize what's collected and what can ever leave the app. We don't knowingly let children under 13 create their own accounts.
10. Intellectual property
TinyWins, its name, design, and original content are ours or our licensors'. The clinical guidance we cite (from bodies like the AAP, CDC, WHO and others) belongs to those organizations; we link to it so you can read the source. You may use the app for your family's personal, non-commercial use.
11. Disclaimers
TinyWins is provided "as is." We work hard to be accurate and reliable, but we don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose, and we don't guarantee any health or developmental outcome. Content and AI answers are general information, not a substitute for professional care.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, TinyWins is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for decisions made in reliance on the app's content or AI. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.
13. Indemnification
You agree to cover claims that arise from your misuse of TinyWins or your violation of these terms or of someone else's rights.
14. Ending your use
You can stop using TinyWins and delete your account at any time from Settings → Privacy & data — there's no waiting period. We may suspend or end access if these terms are seriously or repeatedly violated, or if needed to protect users or comply with the law.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product grows. If a change is material, we'll give reasonable notice in the app or by email. Continuing to use TinyWins after a change means you accept the updated terms.
